About me

At Meta I led content initiatives for Instagram, Messenger, and Facebook Events by streamlining workflows, rewriting outdated help content, and delivering regulatory required launches before earlier than expected turn around time.

At Coinbase I improved taxonomy and content reuse in Contentful, and brought structure to complex support systems by co-leading a 12 member team to map and redesign workflows for AI readability.

I started out in content management, but eventually pivoted into more UX-focused work because I saw how thoughtful content design directly shapes user trust and product success. Today I combine research, strategy, and writing craft to create content experiences that are clear, inclusive, and scalable.

Outside of work I’m an avid runner and have participated in several marathons. Which basically means I enjoy long runs, long sentences, and occasionally chasing down both.
